Skills Gap Coverage Rate
Percentage of identified critical skill gaps in the workforce that are being actively addressed through training or hiring
What is Skills Gap Coverage Rate?
Skills gap coverage rate is the percentage of critical skill gaps that have an active development plan. It shows how well an organisation is responding to the skills it lacks.
Identifying gaps is only useful if action follows, and this rate shows how many gaps are being addressed.
