How to calculate it
Divide the number of prospects converting after the event by the total number of attendees, and multiply by 100.
For example, if 200 people attended and 30 became opportunities within 60 days, the rate is (30 / 200) x 100 = 15%.
Define what counts as converting, such as a meeting booked or an opportunity created, and use a fixed follow-up window.
