Perfect Order Rate
Percentage of orders delivered complete, on time, damage-free, and with correct documentation
What is Perfect Order Rate?
Perfect order rate is the percentage of orders that meet every service criterion: complete, on time, undamaged and correctly documented. It is one of the toughest tests of supply chain performance.
Because an order fails if any single element is wrong, it shows the real experience of the customer.

How to calculate it
Divide orders meeting all perfect order criteria by total orders shipped, and multiply by 100.
For example, if 8,800 of 10,000 orders were complete, on time, undamaged and correctly invoiced, the rate is 88%.
Define the criteria in advance, and record failures by category so that fixes can be targeted.
