Order Fill Rate
Percentage of customer orders filled completely from available stock without backorders
What is Order Fill Rate?
Order fill rate is the percentage of customer orders that are shipped complete. It shows how well a business can supply what customers order.
Incomplete orders frustrate customers and add cost, so a high fill rate is a sign of good stock availability and planning.

How to calculate it
Divide orders shipped complete by total orders received, and multiply by 100.
