Inbound Lead Response SLA Adherence
Percentage of inbound leads contacted by a sales rep within the defined response time SLA (e.g. within 5 minutes)
What is Inbound Lead Response SLA Adherence?
Inbound lead response service level agreement (SLA) adherence is the percentage of inbound leads that were responded to within the agreed time. It shows how well the team meets its commitment to reply promptly.
Speed of response strongly affects whether a lead converts, so adherence is a direct driver of results.

How to calculate it
Divide inbound leads responded to within the SLA by total inbound leads assigned, and multiply by 100.
For example, if 900 of 1,000 leads received a response within the agreed 15 minutes during working hours, adherence is 90%.
Define the SLA clearly, including working hours, and measure from lead creation to first real contact.
