Cross-Sell Ratio
Average number of financial products held per client, measuring depth of relationship
What is Cross-Sell Ratio?
Cross-sell ratio is the average number of products held by each client. It shows how many of a firm's offerings its customers use.
Clients who hold more products tend to stay longer and be more valuable, so the ratio indicates the depth of relationships.
