Regulatory Compliance Rate
Percentage of statutory filing and reporting obligations (e.g. Charity Commission, Companies House) met on time
What is Regulatory Compliance Rate?
Regulatory compliance rate is the percentage of statutory obligations an organisation meets on time. It shows how reliably the organisation fulfils its legal filing and reporting duties.
Missed deadlines can bring fines and reputational damage, so a very high rate is expected.
