Property Listing Views
Average number of online views per active property listing across portals and own website
What is Property Listing Views?
Property listing views is the average number of views each active listing receives. It shows how much attention properties are attracting online.
Views are an early sign of interest, and low views on a listing often point to a problem with price, photos or presentation.

How to calculate it
Divide total listing views by the number of active listings.
For example, if 60,000 views were recorded across 300 active listings, the average is 60,000 / 300 = 200 views per listing.
Look at the spread as well as the average, and compare views with enquiries to see whether interest leads to action.
Where it is used

How to improve it
Tips and common mistakes
- Many views without enquiries can suggest a price or condition issue.
- Compare listings of similar type and area.
- Update the listing rather than waiting when views are low.
