Policy Implementation Rate
Percentage of approved policy commitments or programme milestones delivered by the target date
What is Policy Implementation Rate?
Policy implementation rate is the percentage of policy milestones delivered on time. It shows how well a government body puts its policies into effect.
Delivery of policy is often slower than planned, so tracking milestones gives early warning of problems.

How to calculate it
Divide policy milestones delivered on time by total milestones due, and multiply by 100.
