OKR Average Completion Score
Average progress score across all active OKRs at mid or end of cycle
What is OKR Average Completion Score?
OKR average completion score is the average progress across all the key results in an objectives and key results (OKR) framework, on a scale from 0 to 1. It shows how far an organisation or team has got against its goals.
OKRs are designed to be ambitious, so scores of 0.6 to 0.7 are often considered good, and a perfect score may mean the goals were not stretching enough.

How to calculate it
Add up the progress scores of all key results and divide by the total number of key results.
For example, if 10 key results score 0.9, 0.7, 0.5, 1.0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.8, 0.4, 0.7 and 0.6, the total is 6.5 and the average is 0.65.
Score each key result the same way, with clear measures, and review progress regularly, not only at the end of the cycle.
