How to calculate it
Divide employees fully achieving goals by total employees with set goals, and multiply by 100.
For example, if 600 of 1,000 employees fully achieved their goals, the rate is 60%.
Define fully achieved clearly, and interpret with care. A very high rate can mean goals are too easy and a very low rate can mean they are unrealistic.
