Loyalty Programme Enrolment Rate
Percentage of customers enrolled in the brand’s loyalty or rewards programme
What is Loyalty Programme Enrolment Rate?
Loyalty programme enrolment rate is the percentage of active customers who are members of the loyalty programme. It shows how well the scheme is reaching the customer base.
Members usually buy more often and stay longer, so a higher enrolment rate can indicate stronger retention and better data on customers.

How to calculate it
Divide the number of loyalty programme members by the total number of active customers, and multiply by 100.
For example, if a business has 40,000 active customers and 14,000 are members, the rate is (14,000 / 40,000) x 100 = 35%.
Use active customers rather than all customers ever recorded, and track new sign-ups alongside the total.
