How to calculate it
Divide total customer meetings held by the number of field reps multiplied by the weeks in the period.
For example, if 24 reps held 1,920 meetings over 12 weeks, the figure is 1,920 / (24 x 12) = 6.7 per week.
Count only real customer meetings, whether in person or virtual, and consider the quality of the meeting as well.
