Sales Content Usage Rate
Percentage of available sales enablement content assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies) actively used by reps in a period
What is Sales Content Usage Rate?
Sales content usage rate is the percentage of published sales content that has been used at least once. It shows how much of the content library is actually helping reps.
Content that is never used is wasted effort, so the rate helps focus content production on what sellers need.

How to calculate it
Divide content assets used at least once by total published content assets, and multiply by 100.
For example, if 180 of 300 published assets were used in the period, the rate is 60%.
Measure over a period long enough for assets to be needed, such as a quarter, and look at how often the most and least used assets are shared.
