Meetings Held Rate
Percentage of booked meetings that are actually held (not cancelled or no-showed)
What is Meetings Held Rate?
Meetings held rate is the percentage of booked meetings that actually took place. It shows how many scheduled meetings turn into real conversations.
No-shows waste time, so the rate helps judge the quality of bookings and the effectiveness of reminders.

Include meetings that were rescheduled and then held, according to a clear rule, and split the rate by source.
