Launch On-Time Rate
Percentage of planned product or feature launches executed on or before the committed launch date
What is Launch On-Time Rate?
Launch on-time rate is the percentage of planned product or campaign launches delivered on schedule. It shows how reliable marketing and product teams are at meeting launch dates.
Late launches can miss market windows and disrupt sales, so timeliness is a sign of good coordination.

How to calculate it
Divide the number of launches delivered on time by the total planned launches in the period, and multiply by 100.
For example, if 10 launches were planned and 8 went live on the planned date, the rate is (8 / 10) x 100 = 80%.
Agree what on time means, such as within a few days of the committed date, and record the reasons for delays.

- Look at the causes of delay, not only the rate.
