Expansion Revenue
Additional revenue generated from existing customers through upsells, cross-sells, or seat additions
What is Expansion Revenue?
Expansion revenue is the additional revenue from existing customers through upsell and cross-sell in a period. It shows how much growth comes from customers spending more.
Expansion is usually cheaper than winning new customers, and it can offset losses from churn.
