Customer-Led Revenue Growth
Percentage of new pipeline generated directly through customer referrals, advocacy, or peer-to-peer influence
What is Customer-Led Revenue Growth?
Customer-led revenue growth is the share of new pipeline that comes from customer referrals or advocacy. It shows how much growth is driven by existing customers rather than by new marketing spend.
A high share is a sign of strong customer satisfaction and a low-cost route to growth.

How to calculate it
Divide the pipeline from customer referrals or advocacy by the total pipeline created, and multiply by 100.
For example, if 3,000,000 of pipeline was created in a quarter and 450,000 came from customer referrals or advocacy, the share is (450,000 / 3,000,000) x 100 = 15%.
Record the referral source on every opportunity so the figure is reliable.
