Competitive Battlecard Usage Rate
Percentage of sales reps actively using competitive battlecards in a period, measuring product marketing enablement effectiveness
What is Competitive Battlecard Usage Rate?
Competitive battlecard usage rate is the percentage of sales reps who access competitor battlecards. Battlecards are short guides that help reps handle competitor comparisons.
A battlecard nobody opens creates no value, so usage shows whether the sales enablement effort is reaching the people who need it.

How to calculate it
Divide the number of reps accessing battlecards by the total number of reps in scope, and multiply by 100.
For example, if 45 of 60 reps opened a battlecard this month, the rate is (45 / 60) x 100 = 75%.
Track by reps and by card, and combine with win rate against each competitor to judge impact.
