Grant Expenditure Rate
Percentage of awarded grant funds spent within the eligible grant period
What is Grant Expenditure Rate?
Grant expenditure rate is the percentage of an awarded grant that has been spent. It shows how well a charity is using its funding against the grant's timeline.
Funders expect money to be spent as planned, and underspending can risk future support or require repayment.
